Nettle Leaves (Urtica dioica)

It has a pronounced astringent, diuretic, emollient and anti-anemic use. The herb is recommended for anemia, vitamin deficiency, indigestion with diarrhea, impaired metabolism, headaches, nosebleeds, heavy menstruation and hemorrhoids.
